Tools 4 Life uses feedback to evaluate services and to make changes to ensure we can provide the best service possible to our clients. 

You can provide feedback or make a complaint via the contact box below. 

Alternatively, feedback and complaints can be provided in person to Tools 4 Life staff, via phone or email.

 

NDIS Participants can also make a complaint directly to the NDIS Commission.
